You can initiate the cancellation of an order as long as it has not yet been dispatched from our warehouse through the website. This policy applies to all items, including those purchased during sales. Any payment made for the order will be promptly credited back to the original payment method. Once an order has been dispatched, the cancellation option is no longer available. For orders placed with Cash on Delivery, there won't be any refund required since payment hasn't been made beforehand. In the case of Bank Transfer, any eligible refund will be processed and credited back to the source account within 7-10 days from the time the cancellation request was initiated.
